The office is designed for a real-estate company and to design a modern luxurious space was client’s requirement. The office conspires of open layout design and overall dark theme is applied to enhance the natural light effect. The office welcomes with elegant waiting room on left, open layout lobby on the right and manager room in front. The waiting area has black fluted panels on one wall rest are kept in beige color to balance with white sofas and white marble coffee table, the modern rings pendant adds a sumptuous touch. The lobby area starts with a book matched marble logo wall and pebbles on the floor with planters that defines the space beautifully. Wall are kept simple in lobby area and the wall shelves enhances the space yet compliments the split ceiling design of wooden rafters that not only defines space but is an exquisite feature of the office. The wall shelving of black metal and wood compliments the furniture while the modern pendant adds a beautiful touch in rooms. The CEO room is extravagant design conspires of marble cladded walls along with built in shelves and the split ceiling design with wooden rafters elevates the space beautifully. The overall office ambiance is kept warm for luxurious touch.
