Dr. Ejaz Residence | Residential Design

The project based on a contemporary theme allows aesthetics that prioritize the usage of natural materials, clean lines, and minimalism. Due to the open living spaces, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, aid in making the illusion of a bigger space along with radiance. The color scheme chosen in this project is very soothing and neutral along with accents of some vivid colors. However, one of the very distinctive elements is a broad and magnificent stairway. The staircases are intended to be the center of attention in the house. Status areas are an additional feature. These are the areas created to display works of art, sculptures, or other ornamental items. Entryways, foyers, and other significant parts of the house serve as status spaces. They have dramatic lighting and unique architectural elements like niches or alcoves in their design. The project as a whole is generating the vibe of simplicity and beauty. While retaining a feeling of minimalism and restraint, the use of dramatic design elements like grand staircases and status zones adds drama and attraction to the space.
